About Destry Payne

Destry James Payne, hardworking Alaskan welder and fabricator

A Hardworking Alaskan Putting Alaska First.

Destry Payne is a welder-fabricator working for a large trucking company out of Fairbanks. Destry often pilots loads from Valdez to Deadhorse in a service truck. With years of hands-on experience in one of Alaska's toughest industries, Destry understands the real challenges facing working families across our state. Destry is not a politician. Destry is a systems engineer who is fed up with politics Destry is fed up with getting the short end of the stick! Destry focuses on issues and problems to implement solutions.

Through in-depth study of America's history—from the colonial era through the founding of our Republican form of Constitutional government. Destry brings a strong appreciation for our nation's principles of freedom and self-governance. Destry is tired of the empty promises made by corporate bureaucrats who are not qualified to get elected to an office, then delivering the same old story that leaves a sour taste in Alaskan's mouths and wallets.

As your next Governor, Destry will fight to ensure Alaska's vast resources directly benefit the Alaskan people—creating jobs, supporting families and defending our independence from unconstitutional federal overreach. Destry will reestablish the explicit voice of we the people in the local communities in the structure of bottom up form of government. The communities, according to the founders, are supposed to instruct the elected, appointed and hired state government officials and not the other way around. Alaskans should be able to communicate their desires and grievances directly with their governor.

Destry understands the power Donald Trump is returning to the people and wants to help the Alaskan people to learn how to use that power to self govern in the local communities. To return to original jurisdiction as the founders framed during the 1700's. A minimal government that serves and fears the people is the best. Joe Vogler would be proud.

Destry is absolutely disgusted with the current system run by pedos! The whole system must be obliterated! But what do we do when the system is finally gone? Or what can Alaskans do to get rid of it? Simple! As per the Declaration of Independence, it is not only our right to dissolve the bonds and institute a new government, it is our duty! Our founders in 1776 - 1791 created a Republican form of Constitutional Government. This form of government is the only form compatible with mankind. Unfortunately this form of government was vacated March 14th 1861 when the South walked out of Congress. Abraham Lincoln issued General Order 100 in 1863: Until the people return, the states are to be run by the military placing the states under liber code and martial law. In 1871 the people failed to return. So the Crown owned Virginia Company changed it's name to UNITED STATES and was contracted through the organic Act of 1871 to provide 19 essential services until the people return. That is the system today! Destry has thoroughly studied the Republican form and has been involved in reassembling states since 2011. Alaska is one of the several states that has reassembled, settled the land and published notices abroad with no rebuttals. Alaska has the original form of Government as intended by the founders interim. All the public information on this interim government is located at alaskadejure.org and all who read this are encouraged to visit the website. If Alaskans so choose to step up and make this happen, we will have a convention of state and the Alaskan people will have the right to modify, adapt, alter or simply adopt what has been created so far. Trump said he is returning the power back to the people. This is how the Alaskan people take and use that power. Trump said we will have a new government controlled by you the people and this is it!

PFD Fund

End the theft of Alaskan's percentage of dividend funds from our resources that rightfully belong to the Alaskan people. This land belongs to Alaskans. The people are owed a dividend from all exported resources.

Agents of the Crown

Title of Nobility

The founding fathers rejected those who have sworn allegiance to a foreign power from holding any office or trust. Alaska must enforce this! British Accreditation Registry (B.A.R.) card holding attorneys a.k.a. Esquires serve the Crown. The Title of Nobilities Act in the original Constitution forbids foreign powers from holding an office or trust within the states. Many who are on the 2026 ballot are B.A.R. members. If the Alaskan people are tired of the same old wash, rince, repeat that we have had, then use your vote wisely!

Bill of Rights

The Bill of Rights lists just a few of the people's rights. This explicit document stops any government from violating God-given-rights the people are endowed with! No victim, no crime! The people are free to do what they want providing the do not violate the rights of another.

Alaska's justice system

Alaska's justice system must be overhauled. No more victim-less crime prosecutions. If you enter Alaska illegally, you are to be removed immediately! The Alaskan people have a God given right to protect their family and property by any means necessary. Juries make decisions in all cases valued twenty dollars or more and cannot be re-examined in any court of the United States- Article 7. Records of wrong doings being held against anyone long after amends are made is cruel and unusual punishment. If you are a pedo, may God have mercy on your soul because the Alaskan people will not!

Jones Act

End the 1920 Jones Act

The Jones Act from World War 1 must end! “The cost of shipping from Los Angeles to Alaska has been higher than the cost of shipping the same product from Los Angeles to Shanghai. An absence of domestic port-to-port shipping is an occasional distortion for the US mainland, but it’s a systemic economic impediment for places like Alaska. This raises the cost of living on Alaska and makes Alaska an unattractive place to produce goods bound for the US mainland.” -Vox

Declaration of Independence

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient Causes; and accordingly all Experience hath shewn, that Mankind are more disposed to suffer, while Evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the Forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long Train of Abuses and Usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object, evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their Right, it is their Duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future Security. Such has been the patient Sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the Necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government.

Pollitical Parties Divide

Back in the year 1800 we had two political parties. The Federalist Party and the Democratic-Republican Party. Shocking? The Democratic-Republican Party wanted to take over so it split into the Democrats and Republicans. These two parties played against each other and pushed out the Federalist Party. With what we see going on in DC today, the Republicans are just as bad as the Democrats. Many are calling them a uni-party without knowing it really is the same party!

The Johnny Appleseed Program

The Johnny Appleseed program is for fathers and sons to develop core values as an Alaskan. To restore the core values Americans had during the 1700's and 1800's. To take pride in our land and defend our land and communities by the blood in our veins if necessary.

Federal Jurisdiction within a state

Federal Jurisdiction Within a State

Between October, 1775, and the middle of 1776, each of the colonies separately severed their ties and relations with England, and several adopted constitutions for the newly formed States. By July, 1776, the exercise of British authority in any and all colonies was not recognized in any degree. The capstone of this actual separation of the colonies from England was the more formal Declaration of Independence. The legal effect of the Declaration of Independence was to make each new State a separate and independent sovereign over which there was no other government of superior power or jurisdiction. This was clearly shown in M'Ilvaine v. Coxe's Lessee, 8 U.S. (4 Cranch) 209, 212 (1808), where it was held: This means the only Federal jurisdiction within a state is forts, magazines, arsenals, dock-yards, and other needful buildings. This means Federal lands and BLM are in violation. Do we Alaskans want to correct this issue?
